1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or booking services with The Maple North Cleaners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: • Regular house cleaning • Deep cleaning • Move-in / move-out cleaning • Office and commercial cleaning All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Payments
Booking: Services can be booked online, by phone, or via email. Accurate details (address, service type, timing) must be provided. Payments: • Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. • We may require advance payment or deposits for certain services. • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
5. Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, it may be treated as a cancellation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate information when booking • Ensure a safe working environment • Secure valuables and fragile items • Inform us of any special instructions or risks (e.g., pets, delicate surfaces)
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service: • Notify us within 24 hours • We will review and may offer a re-clean where applicable
8. Limitations of Liability
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty equipment or materials provided by the client. • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
9. Damages & Claims
• Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. • We may request photos or evidence. • We reserve the right to repair, replace, or compensate at our discretion.
10. Health & Safety
Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous. This includes exposure to harmful substances, aggressive pets, or dangerous environments.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, and images, is the property of The Maple North Cleaners and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, including in cases of: • Abuse or inappropriate behaviour • Non-payment • Violation of these terms
